Celebrate Valentine's Day with young children by making this easy 3D handprint card. A great keepsake for family and friends!

Materials needed:

• Pink and red coloured paper
• Red paint
• Scissors
• Glue

Instructions:

1. Pour red paint onto a plate. Press hand in the paint and make a handprint on the bottom of a piece of pink paper
2. Cut out 8 red heart shapes from the red paper. Fold them in half and glue two hearts together (see video for details)
3. Glue the hearts slightly above each finger of the palm print on the pink paper, drawing a connecting line in pink or red
4. Write your valentine message
