Halloween Bat Bookmark

Make a spooky bookmark this Halloween with this easy craft using simple materials that is a great challenge for children's fine motor skills.

For this activity:

You will need: square black paper, googly eyes, white teeth, black wings, scissors and glue.
Fold the square into a triangle.
Fold both side corners of the triangle to meet the top point.
Unfold back into a large triangle. Take the top corner of the triangle (only the top layer) and fold down to meet the bottom of the triangle.
Take one side corner, fold it back in tuck behind the front flap.
Fold the other side corner and tuck behind the front flap.
Attach the bat wings with glue to the back of the bookmark.
Glue on the googly eyes and teeth.
