This game is simple and fun to play!

For this activity:

1. Create a 4 x 4 grid, or download the one included for this activity.
2. Grab as many coloured pencils/pens as you can.
3. Write a number you want to focus on in each square. 
4. On a separate piece of paper or whiteboard, write a colour name and a corresponding number. Make sure there is a colour for each number on the grid.
5. Ask your child to read the colour name and the number. They need to find that colour of pencil/pen and circle that number on the grid, wherever it appears. 
6. Once all numbers on the grid have been found and coloured, make a tally chart. Tally how many times each number appears in the grid. Which number appeared the most? Which number appeared the least?
